Founded the company in 1976 and is dedicated to providing executive search and employment consulting services to national insurance companies, regional insurance agencies and brokers. Her experience encompasses over 45 years working in a specialized industry, adhering to professional standards, ethics, conduct and value, which has been the foundation for her success in the longevity of her client relationships.

Her experience includes placing insurance personnel at all levels on a national basis, training employment counselors, special search assignments for companies and brokers as well as mergers and acquisitions within the Florida insurance industry.

Marilou Hangley, Manager

Joined Insurance Careers, Inc. in 1979 as a counselor specializing in agency/brokerage placement and has been involved in all aspects of management, training counselors, search assignments for specialty insurance firms, and has earned a reputation for taking the extra step to prepare and counsel candidates while in their transition period.

With over 35 years experience working with insurance clients and candidates in a specialized field, Marilou takes pride in the success of many satisfied placements in all levels of the industry.

We offer over 75 years of combined insurance personnel consulting and placement service to the South Florida Insurance Industry. We have clients that utilize our services on an exclusive basis.
